Filtration Technology
- Large particles collide with the thick outer fibers (inertial impaction), embedding themselves deep in the media
- Medium-sized droplets are caught as they’re forced to follow airflow lines and sweep into fiber intersections (interception)
- Tiniest aerosols zig-zag by Brownian motion until they drift onto the charged fibers (diffusion capture)
- A permanently charged electret layer gives submicron particles an extra electrostatic “pull,” boosting overall efficiency
- The outermost layer resists surface cake-up, so you get a longer service life before airflow becomes restricted
Cool Flow™ Valve Mechanics
- A light-pressure polyisoprene flap opens as soon as you exhale, letting hot, moist air escape instantly
- Rapid venting keeps the inside of the mask noticeably cooler and drier during heavy breathing
- By flushing out exhaled CO₂-rich air from the dead-air space, it prevents buildup and reduces fatigue
- On inhale the flap snaps closed to restore full N95-grade filtration without any inward leakage
Usage & Maintenance
- Intended for one work shift only—discard at day’s end or sooner if breathing feels harder
- Not suitable for oil-based aerosols, which can degrade the filter media over time
- Before each use check the shell for cracks, the straps for wear, and the nose clip for proper shape
- Keep stored in its original, sealed packaging in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight
